Shipping policy

COVID19 NOTICE : Due to COVID19 pandemic, your order may take a bit longer to reach you. Our warehouse follows provincial and national guidelines for safety and sometimes it may result in shipping lead time to be slower. 

 

CANADA : We ship all orders from Cowansville, QC. We use flat rate shipping for orders under 75$ and shipping is free for orders over 75$.

USA : We ship all orders from Cowansville, QC. We use flat rate shipping for orders under 75$ and shipping is free for orders over 75$.

Tracking Numbers may not be available for toothbrush packs at this time. 

 

Please note, we always strive to find more cost effective and eco-friendly ways to ship our products so we can pass on the benefits & savings to our customers.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email, then you will receive tracking information (when applicable) for your order.
